POV, A Haven in Ginza
With exceptional cleanliness and a soothing ambiance, this hotel offers a spacious room with the widest double bed I've encountered. The location is prime, nestled in an elite district, and incredibly safe. Staff was incredibly helpful, especially during our departure hiccup—I will cherish their hospitality.

i had such high hopes for The Royal, especially with their supposed amenities. the public bath was a complete letdown, unclean, and packed! how on earth were there no more available washing machines after hours? also, a welcome gift would have been thefinest touch. i just couldn't consider a good review with all these mishaps!

Convenient location, friendly staff
Our stay was delightful, thanks to the charming front desk staff and the lovely aroma that greeted us upon entering. The location is perfect for exploring Ginza's attractions.
We faced some disappointment with the public bath cleanliness and the overall atmosphere of the breakfast area. Late-night noise from the street made it hard to sleep.

The noise from sports cars racing by at night was pretty distracting, especially on the 6th floor. Breakfast was lacking in variety. scrambled eggs and cold coffee just didn’t cut it, and the restaurant felt more sterile than inviting. The taxi service situation was a hassle as well, with a non-functional website link and extra time spent coordinating a ride.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the relaxing public bath that really helped me unwind. They had an amazing variety of aromatherapy options that made the experience even better. Just a heads up, some floors can get a bit noisy in the evening, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

great location , but street noise is noticeable
The location is outstanding! It's just a short walk to the shopping area and conveniently close to the train station. The room was well-equipped for our family, allowing us to have space for our luggage and baby essentials. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive. I also appreciated the modern amenities offered, including a public bath that enhanced our relaxation experience.
Street noise is noticeable at night, which may disturb light sleepers.
